to help scale Calibre's national accounts. You'll work closely with key customers across foodservice, healthcare, retail, and institutions to drive growth, relieve capacity constraints from senior leadership, and uphold operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead contact for national/strategic accounts across Canada.
Architect tailored customer solutions by leveraging Calibre's expansive product line--including custom-branded offerings and logistics capabilities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing tiers, and terms to build long-term partnerships.
Forecast sales, provide updates, and collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, customer service) to deliver timely, cost-effective service.
Identify expansion opportunities to upsell or cross-sell operational solutions, such as just-in-time delivery, order consolidation, or branded packaging solutions.
Act as a voice of the customer, informing sales strategy and operational improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of national or key account B2B sales experience in packaging, distribution, or related fields.
Proven record of managing high-value accounts and meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic mindset.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems; packaging or foodservice knowledge is an asset.
