We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent caregiving skills, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing environment. This role involves engaging children in activities, assisting with daily routines, and ensuring their well-being in a professional and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety at all times Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Assist with homework, educational activities, and age-appropriate teaching to promote development Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light cleaning of children's areas Engage children in creative play, outdoor activities, and learning experiences Provide caregiving support for children with special needs or disabilities as required Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and special care requirements Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress, needs, or concerns

Skills

Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds Strong caregiving skills with a nurturing and patient demeanor Ability to cook simple meals and prepare snacks suitable for children Knowledge of meal preparation tailored to dietary restrictions or preferences Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to handle light cleaning duties related to children's spaces Teaching skills to support early childhood development and learning activities Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents and guardians

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
