This is a sales role that requires 5 to 8 client visits per week.

Specific Duties:



Establishes short and long term goals plus quotas in line with corporate objectives Sells products to new and/or current customers in an assigned region to achieve or exceed assigned quota Contacts prospective customers to determine product needs and perform sales presentations to match company's products and identified needs Prospects and develops business, responds to RFPs, and develops proposals for presentation to customer Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development Remains knowledgeable of HPE Networking Solution products to facilitate sales effort Responsible for pre-sales function as needed Goals communicated in "solution" or project goal terms Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required Provides follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products provided Maintains a 90 day rolling forecast Manage all aspects of the evaluation program Understand competition in region and general business climate

Etablir des objectifs a court et long terme, ainsi que des quotas conformes aux objectifs de l'entreprise. Vendre des produits a des clients nouveaux et existants dans une region donnee, pour atteindre ou depasser les quotas etablis. Communiquer avec les clients potentiels pour determiner leurs besoins et faire des presentations de vente correspondant aux besoins de l'entreprise. Trouver des clients potentiels et developper des relations commerciales, repondre aux demandes de propositions et elaborer des propositions a presenter aux clients. Coordonner les ressources de compte avec les representants des equipes de marketing, de prevente et de developpement. Entretenir une grande connaissance des produits Aruba Networks pour simplifier les efforts de vente. Assurer la responsabilite de la fonction preventes au besoin. Communiquer les objectifs relatifs aux solutions et aux objectifs de projet. Entretenir les dossiers de vente et preparer des rapports de vente au besoin. Effectuer un suivi aupres des clients afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont satisfaits des produits proposes. Entretenir des previsions en continu sur 90 jours. Gerer tous les aspects du programme d'evaluation. Bien connaitre la concurrence dans la region et le climat commercial general.

Excellentes aptitudes en communication ecrite et orale . Excellentes aptitudes pour les presentations. Capacite d'apprentissage rapide de nouvelles technologies. Tres haut niveau d'energie. Haut niveau de motivation pour entreprendre des ventes et capacite a travailler seul. Capacite impressionnante de trouver des moyens de contourner les obstacles. Grande sensibilite et capacite d'adaptation aux besoins exprimes et inexprimes des clients. Capacite de batir des equipes collaboratives axees sur les resultats (a l'interne et avec les partenaires). Depassement constant et eprouve des quotas de vente - depassement des attentes des clients et integrite inebranlable. Capacite a gerer plusieurs objectifs, taches et clients. Capacite a recruter et a qualifier les comptes potentiels. Baccalaureat ou diplome equivalent en affaires ou en gestion des ventes. Aptitudes robustes acquises par des formations poussees, les etudes et l'experience. Autodidacte, en raison de l'absence possible de formation officielle sur les technologies emergentes. Expert interne en technologies specifiques.

Formation et experience en vente :
