The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment. Responsibilities

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare routines Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and other beauty items Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews

Qualifications

Proven experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and body waxing (nice-to-have) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Retail sales experience is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
