Job Summary

We are a newly opened, high-standard nail salon seeking an experienced Nail Technician who is looking for a stable, respectful, and long-term working environment.

Responsibilities

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs, offering product recommendations, and creating a relaxing experience. Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales. Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified and trained to do so. Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions. Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and personalized service.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 Year of professional nail salon experience ( outside of school) Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with certification for nail services. Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art. Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have) or willingness to learn. Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
