Duties

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care options or retail products Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional, and relaxing environment Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments through ongoing education and training

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 year Exper

ience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills Certification or licensing as required by state or local regulations for nail technicians Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in the beauty industry Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to perform body waxing services is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell retail products confidently Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products effectively Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dedication to providing outstanding client experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
