Duties

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Provide body waxing services to clients seeking additional beauty treatments Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations Educate clients on nail care routines and product recommendations Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use

Skills

Proven experience as a Nail Technician with strong nail care skills Knowledge of body waxing techniques is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a relaxing atmosphere for clients Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure client safety and compliance with health standards Upselling skills to promote retail products confidently without being pushy Retail sales experience is a plus, helping to increase revenue through product recommendations Creative flair for nail art and design that appeals to diverse client preferences
