Senior Nail Technicians

What We're Looking For

Soft Skills:

Fluent in English with strong communication skills Professional, friendly, and client-focused Disciplined with a strong respect for systems and protocols High attention to cleanliness and hygiene Punctual and dependable Team player with a positive attitude Committed to client retention with strong rebooking and request rates

Technical Skills:

Proficient in e-file use (safe and proper technique) Skilled in all manicure techniques: combi, e-file, and classic Experience with waterless manicures and pedicures Comfortable working with various gels: soft gel, hard gel, builder gel, acrygel, polygel Proficient in extension methods: full cover tips, dual forms, sculpting Fast and efficient without compromising quality Self-motivated learner (can learn through videos and demos)

Bonus Skills (Assets, Not Required):

Brow services: waxing, threading, tinting, lamination Lash services: lifting and tinting
