Duties
Provide a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Perform body waxing services as requested by clients.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area and tools.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and equipment.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for clients.
Experience in body waxing is preferred but not mandatory.
Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell services and products.
