As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and styles. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Offer excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles. Experience in hair styling, waxing, laser machine handling, hair threading, is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to provide outstanding client experiences.
