Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, nail design. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning and sanitizing tools and workstations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, techniques, and products to provide clients with informed options. Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Valid Nail Technician license or certification as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience in upselling services or retail sales is preferred. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all services provided.
