We are looking for a Manager who will be responsible for overseeing guest experience, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the front-of-staff team to provide impeccable service in a fine-dining environment.



What you'll be doing:

• Communicating the vision to all team members and lead by example
• Reinforcing the values daily and inspiring the team
• Interacting with guests, addressing inquiries, managing feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Acting as a point of escalation for guest issues; building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management
• Overseeing the performance of the front of house team, ensuring compliance with points of service; supporting the front of house team in all aspects of service to ensure excellence guest experiences
• Proving mentorship to the front of house team, including monitoring employee performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Educating staff on wine list, frequently changing menu, and serving techniques
• Assisting in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all materials are available to maintain smooth operations
• Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, including managing staff schedules, maintaining service standards, and upholding a high level of cleanliness
• Working directly with the events and private dining team to ensure successful day-to-day operation of private dining events
• Ensuring compliance with manager accountabilities outlined in the Liquor Control Act
• Performing other similar and related duties as required from time to time


The person we are looking for has:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a fine-dining establishment
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
• The ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs before they even ask, ensuring a flawless fine-dining experience
• Superior leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining etiquette
• The ability and passion to create memorable guest experiences through personalized service, and making guests feel like a VIP
