Faculty/Department Faculty of Media, Art, and Performance Unit Media, Art, and Performance-Music Employee Group URFA CUPE 5791 Job Family Category Sessional Number of Vacancies 1 Position Summary
The aim of this course is to develop ear training and sight singing abilities, specifically to be able to recognize by ear and perform at sight precise pitch relationships and rhythms of music. A continuation of MUTH 211, also including recognition of chord types and harmonic progressions.
Position Requirements
Applicants must have an MA or M.Mus, preferably in an area related to the position. University teaching experience is preferred.
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Other Work Hours
MUTH 212-001 is currently scheduled MWF from 1400-1500 - on campus.
