Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach students various musical concepts, techniques, and skills. Provide individual and group instruction in a classroom or tutoring setting. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Organize and facilitate performances or recitals for students to showcase their talents. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Ideal Candidate:

Holds a

Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education

, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or is currently working toward a

Bachelor of Music or related program

. Early childhood education experience is a plus. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Proficient in playing one or more musical instruments. Strong knowledge of music theory and history. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
