Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time Music teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a love for music. . This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and encouraging students to reach their full potential in music.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive music curricula that align with provincial standards. Teach various music concepts to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and understanding. Organize and supervise activities, including school events related to the performing arts. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among students during all activities. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students during music activites Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and participation in music blocks

Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field is required. Previous teaching experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of music theory and practice. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to motivate students and foster a positive attitude toward music.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $230.00 per day
