Title : Murex - Finance Consultant

Term: Long Term Contract

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

:

Advising on Murex best practices in the PL processes position management accounting hedge accounting and financial reporting

Contributing to client site MX3 implementations during the requirements gathering design build test and deployment phases by participating in workshops preparing documentation configuring client requirements and performing quality assurance tests

Providing client support including managing open issues and supporting upgrade activities

Communicating development needs to the Murex product development team

Providing internal and external training

Who you are:

Ideal candidate is someone with 2 to 3 years' experience in capital markets technology

Preferable experience includes supporting either trading treasury or accounting at banks or other financial institutions or has experience with other fintech vendors

Strong academic background in accounting engineering or a math-based discipline math operations research statistics etc

Knowledge of Unix or Linux operating system SQL and basic programming is a plus

Advanced level of English is mandatory
