As part of our
Integrated Municipal Support division
, you will represent both the municipality and our buisness as a front-line ambassador of safety, fairness, and education. Our approach is not simply about issuing tickets--it's about
engaging with residents, encouraging voluntary compliance, and supporting the well-being of the community

Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive patrols of municipal facilities, parks, roadways, and public spaces.
Enforce local bylaws in a fair, respectful, and consistent manner.
Focus on
education and voluntary compliance
before enforcement actions.
Support community events, traffic safety, and municipal initiatives.
Collaborate with Town staff, law enforcement, and emergency services as required.
Complete accurate documentation and reports.
Provide
professional, customer-focused interactions
with residents, businesses, and visitors.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills (Mandatory)
Valid Alberta Security Services license or Enforcement credentials
Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract.
Strong report writing and digital communication skills.
Ability to pass background checks.
Bylaw or enforcement training is an asset, but
we will provide comprehensive training
for the right candidate.
