As the Retail Multi-Store Supervisor, you'll work closely with the 180 Smoke Operations team to oversee daily operations, staffing, and overall store performance. By leading through example and fostering a positive, accountable team culture, you'll drive growth in revenue and key performance metrics, while ensuring your store reflects 180 Smoke's values and goals.
What You'll Do
All below responsibilities apply for two 180 Smoke retail locations which you will be responsible for managing
Drive ongoing improvements in store sales and KPI performance
Execute all operational goals as set by corporate standards
Lead team training, development, and accountability practices
Foster a high-level customer experience that encourages team engagement
Minimize shrink by following loss prevention protocols
Maintaining efficient store inventory levels through communication of store/market needs, accurate and thorough shipping/receiving practices and ensuring staff POS functions are trained and delivered with accuracy
Manage staff performance, coaching, and corrective actions as needed
Effectively managing customer retention through great service practices, social media upkeep and submission of responses to all negative/positive in-store/social media reviews for your location
Working in support with corporate marketing team partners to drive brand and location awareness while ensuring in-store merchandising is delivered to directive. Managing staff commitment and coaching to deliver increased revenues and maximize promotions.
Develop and deliver communication practices with internal and external stakeholders
Collect, compile and communicate information data and analysis in structured and/or directed form to your immediate supervisor and relevant key corporate partners to consistently improve the overall results of your store and team
Open and close the physical store on schedule and follow all store, mall, landlord and company procedures and directives
Work with the Retail Operations team on recruiting, hiring, training and development of your respective store personnel
Deliver on Scorecard initiative results to at or above target
All other corporate directed store related ancillary functions
