Get ready to join a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition & People Ops team that's laser-focused on building & growing our organization from a people perspective. As our Multimedia Designer, you'll work closely with the Recruitment, People Ops, Internal Communications, and Compliance teams. You will work within our 3 ecosystems - PENN Entertainment, Penn Interactive, and theScore. You'll be crafting compelling visual stories and creating sensational digital content for all of our TA & People related activities. This is your chance to shine and make an impact at theScore & PI if you're passionate about visual storytelling. What You?ll Do: Video, Photography, Graphic Design:

  • Design static, motion graphic, and video ads for our website, job boards, and digital ads.
  • Implement new social media tools and keeping up with platform changes.
  • Template design for newsletters, invitations, collateral for internal communications, presentation decks, and other materials (PDF, for example).
  • Manage the entire filming process (storyboarding, set-up, execution).
  • Collaborate closely with our communications team, graphic designer and sometimes cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Support with photography, including taking images as well as photo editing and post-production.
  • Create print and digital marketing materials including banner ads, social media posts, videos, print advertisements, flyers, posters, and event materials.
  • Design the employer brand style guide, refining how we use colour, text, photography, and other visual elements to create a consistent brand across all media.
  • Support with internal and external-facing projects, campaigns and touchpoints from a creative standpoint.
  • Work with Recruitment Marketing & Employment Brand leadership to ideate, contribute to, and develop out of the box initiatives.
  • Other duties as required.
Social Media
  • Responsible for uploading videos to YouTube and maintaining video libraries and playlists.
  • Optimize YouTube videos with specific content.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist on creating targeted content for a specific audience.
  • Support in developing a monthly content calendar specific to TA's overall strategy.
  • Regularly refresh branding across all digital channels, including website, social media and job boards to ensure it is updated and refreshed to attract current talent.
  • Work closely with the in-house marketing department to manage and continuously improve brand reputation on external sites (websites, job boards, Social media)
  • Design, implement, test, and scale paid advertising campaigns on social media channels.
  • Understand the importance/context of data and how it relates back to department objectives.
  • Monitor and report on content performance.
  • Other duties as required.
About You:
  • Strong editing skills and experience as a video editor.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning, growth and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Communication skills to convey the concept clearly to the team, as well as a strong understanding of the storyline.
  • Ability to support video content where needed, including filming for social channels or video editing and animation.
  • Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, LinkedIn, Job boards, Sprinklr, TikTok, Instagram, Glassdoor, Indeed, Facebook etc.
  • Collaboration and interaction with team members throughout the production process.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Accurate and meticulous attention to detail.
