Multi-Unit Sales & Tips Coordinator
to support our finance and operations teams by accurately calculating and distributing staff tips, reviewing sales data, and ensuring fairness and accuracy across all units.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and verify daily sales and labor data from multiple restaurant units.
Calculate employee tips and gratuity allocations using
Excel
and mathematical formulas.
Ensure all tip pools and tip-outs comply with company policy .
Identify and correct data discrepancies or reporting issues.
Prepare and circulate weekly tip summaries and reconciliation reports to management.
Pay out tips using a 3rd party software .
Support payroll with accurate, timely submission of tip amounts.
Maintain confidential records of sales and employee tip data.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
would be an asst . Minimal experience would be a must .
Solid understanding of
mathematics
, percentages, and allocation formulas.
Experience in a
multi-unit restaurant, bar, or hospitality
environment preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with POS systems ie Silverware and tip reporting tools an asset.
