We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transport. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any damages or discrepancies. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently. Assist in moving products within the warehouse as needed, utilizing forklifts when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial driving is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including familiarity with heavy lifting procedures. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required at hiring. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
