Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for quality and presentation.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.

Skills



Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Passion for the food industry and commitment to providing excellent service.
