Mountain Outfitters Repair Technician (winter)

Job Description
Our repair technicians have a vast knowledge of ski and board construction. Our technicians have the ability to properly tune and repair skis as well as snowboards. They will be certified in all five major bindings and be familiar with models of bindings within the last few years. Accuracy when adjusting and installing bindings is of Paramount importance. The ability to work well in a team environment is crucial. Quality of work and focus on service and guest satisfaction are the priorities for this position.
Essential Functions:
Tuning of guests' ski and snowboard equipment Correct installation and adjustment of bindings Maintenance of rental fleet Repair of damaged ski and snowboard equipment Assist in the rental shop when needed. Adhere to all safety procedures as outlined by safety and risk managers analysis.
Experience/Requirements
High School Diploma 2 years previous repair shop experience Genuine enjoyment of people interaction There will be lifting of boxes required up to a maximum of 50 lbs. * Repair work requires long periods of time on your feet.
