We are seeking a skilled, motivated and experienced Harley Davidson Technician to join our dynamic team. The Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycle technology, knowledge of Harley Davidson systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and systems of Harley Davidson motorcycles according to specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best possible service.

Experience

Previous experience in servicing and repairing Harley Davidson motorcycles is required. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
