MotorClothes Manager

to lead our Harley-Davidson apparel and accessories department. This role is perfect for someone who understands the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, thrives in retail leadership, and knows how to turn great merchandise into unforgettable customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire the MotorClothes team to deliver exceptional customer service Manage day-to-day operations of the MotorClothes department Drive sales, merchandising standards, and inventory performance Execute Harley-Davidson visual merchandising and branding guidelines Analyze sales trends and adjust buying, pricing, and promotions accordingly Train, coach, and schedule staff to maximize performance Collaborate with dealership leadership on events, promotions, and cross-department initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand retail environment

What We're Looking For

Proven retail management experience (apparel or lifestyle brands preferred) Strong leadership and team-development skills Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture Sales-driven mindset with strong merchandising instincts Excellent communication and customer engagement skills Ability to manage inventory, margins, and sales goals Weekend availability required

Pay: $4,500.00-$7,000.00 per month
