Summary

We are seeking a Motel Supervisor to join our team at Motel 6 Brooks. Located in Brooks, this role is vital for ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and support. As a Motel Supervisor, you will contribute significantly to our mission of achieving high guest satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the motel to ensure guest satisfaction Manage front desk staff and coordinate night audit activities Implement effective customer service strategies Monitor budgeting and revenue management processes Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Enhance guest relations through proactive communication Collaborate with ownership on property enhancements and community initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel or motel management Strong leadership skills with supervising experience Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of hospitality management principles Familiarity with front desk operations and night audits Ability to manage budgets effectively Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus Experience in guest relations and hotel operations is preferred
