We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Motel Manager to oversee daily operations of our hospitality property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a background in hotel management. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all motel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring excellent customer service and phone etiquette Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records related to reservations, billing, and budgeting Monitor daily financial transactions and assist with budgeting and cost control measures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed Promote a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive reviews

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, with supervising experience preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with guests and staff Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, and employee relations Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and operational procedures in a hospitality setting Experience with front desk operations and guest services is advantageous Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
