Skills required: excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly, manage databases, produce PDFs, print/scan, etc. \xe2\x80\x93 Good telephone communication skills, customer relations skills. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Application intake
Document fulfillment with both Lenders and Lawyers.
Ordering appraisals.
Following up all aspects of the process ensuring smooth closings.
Able to make phone calls with clients
Collecting all documents from clients
Excel database updates
Must be bilingual
The ideal candidate will have min. 2 years experience in an administrative roll (in the mortgage industry is an asset) with a high energy level and excellent telephone/e-mail communication skills. We deal in high volumes of financial transactions and need someone well organized and reliable. Compensation to be discussed and based on experience (lots of room for growth).
You must reside in Ottawa -Gatineau to be able to travel between home offices
Mortgage License may be required in first year
Experience in finance is an asset
Reading, writing and speaking English and French fluently is mandatory.
