Our mortgage agents secure the best rates for Canadian homeowners and homebuyers using our network of Prime, Alternative and Private lenders. We are an established brokerage looking to expand!

Please note:

New agents will receive a salary during probation while being mentored by an experienced broker team. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.

What you'll be doing:

Receiving and processing inbound mortgage inquiries/applications Calling clients, collecting documents and helping them through the mortgage process Underwriting and placing applications with Prime, Alternative and Private lenders Organizing files, documents and preparing contracts Liaising with lenders, lawyers

Applicants must have:

Sales Experience

and track record of success, ideally including remote

Technological

proficiency and eagerness to learn new systems

Patience

to work with clients over a long sales cycle

License

to offer mortgages in BC (BCFSA), Ontario (FSRAO) or Alberta (RECA)
