We're a growing mortgage brokerage team seeking a detail-oriented
Mortgage Broker Administrator
with social media knowledge to support our team and help manage our online presence.
Responsibilities
Manage mortgage files from application to funding
Collect and organize client documents
Submit and follow up on lender applications
Communicate with clients, lenders, and partners
Maintain CRM and compliance records
Assist with social media posting and engagement (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Support basic marketing content and email campaigns
Requirements
Mortgage or financial services admin experience preferred
Strong organization and communication skills
Familiar with CRM systems and lender portals
Comfortable using social media platforms
Canva or basic content creation skills an asset
