Mortgage Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a customer service driven individual to help provide support with client documentation and assist the team with email/phone call management. This position will be 5 days/week with hours from 9:00am-12:00pm. The successful candidate will work from primarily from home and have access to our virtual office via VoIP phones and online client management systems to complete the tasks required. Will be required to come into the office for some training or team meetings periodically during schedule work time. *Require applicant to be in the Edmonton area* Main Responsibilities:
- The position\xe2\x80\x99s main focus will be assisting Mortgage Underwriting with mortgage documentation management, review, and collection from clients.
- Answer incoming calls and managing incoming emails.
- Entering in Mortgage Applications into the software system.
- Assist with new client onboarding and client follow up.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Lending or Mortgage Associate with underwriting and fulfilment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work from home.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor\'s Degree (required)
- mortgage lending or personal lending: 2 years (required)
- English (required)
- Mortgage Associate License (preferred)
