Position opening: Mortgage Analyst
We are a mortgage / finance company providing professional services located in North York, Ontario. We are currently hiring a Mortgage Analyst, a full-time position, with paid vacation days and group medical/dental insurance benefits.
Job responsibility
:Assist on mortgage underwriting and fulfil the documentation requirements Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, analyze clients' financial situations, develop the best suitable plans for clients, enter & submit mortgage application and negotiate mortgage applications with banks and lending institutions Financial background, understanding lending policy and guidelines is the key
Job requirements:
2 years related work experience or more Good work ethic, attention to detail Finance background, and Bachelor degree Fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus Effective interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills This is an in-office position; Monday to Friday normal working hours
