Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed as a Mortgage Agent in ON
• Understanding of the mortgage origination process

Job Summary

As a Mortgage Agent you will receive leads from a variety of company partners using a modern loan origination platform that minimizes document management. Then you\'ll assist Canadians with getting the best mortgage solutions selected from dozens of lenders. You\'ll find the best loan solutions for those borrowers based on their unique goals.

To qualify for this position, you are required to have valid Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals

Own and build a business with the support of our team

Maintain relationships with targeted lenders

Focus on originating a mortgage, completing an application and ensuring a client qualifies for a program from a specific lender

Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing trainings
