Mortgage Sales Agent

(Full-time position)

As a Mortgage Sales Agent at VentaCo, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships and growth. Your work will directly help individuals and families secure their dream homes.

About the role:



Proactively seek out sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets. Organize and promote events, seminars and all kinds of activities to prospect new business. Guides customers throughout mortgage application and processing activities. Resolves or escalate issues to meet customer's expectations and ensures application is done is a timely manner. Follow Policies & Procedures and apply appropriate due diligence for the prevention of losses.

Requirements:



3+ years

in the mortgage or financial services industry (newly licensed agents also welcome if motivated). A valid

Mortgage Agent License

or enrollment in/completion of a recognized mortgage agent course Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your business. Strong Knowledge of the real estate industry and mortgage market. Excellent sales, communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to different audiences. A collaborative mindset and drive to build your own pipeline and business. Verbal & written communication skills - in depth. Analytical & problem-solving skills - in depth. Collaboration & team skills - in depth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
