lendsimpl is hiring licensed mortgage agents to build their own business. This is a commission-only role with hybrid in-office and remote flexibility. We provide full training, compliance oversight, and tools so you can focus on growing your business and helping clients secure the right mortgage. .
What You'll Do
Prospect, network, and build your own client base.
Advise clients on mortgage options for purchases, renewals, refinancing, and debt consolidation.
Gather client documentation and complete mortgage applications accurately.
Match clients with solutions across A, B, and private lenders.
Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to funding.
Ensure compliance with FSRA, FINTRAC, and brokerage policies.
Maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with the brokerage team during training and in-office meetings.
What You Bring
Licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario (FSRA) -- or currently completing licensing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfort working in a commission-only structure (you earn what you close).
Ability to balance independent work with in-office collaboration.
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to compliance standards.
