Description
Our client, a Financial services company is looking for a Mortgage Fulfillment Officer who will be accountable for effectively and efficiently reviewing mortgage documentation prior to funding of residential mortgage deals.
Responsibilities::

  • Provide a high level of efficient, professional, and courteous service to customers and Brokers.
  • Ensure mortgage files are complete and organized.
  • Verifying/validating all required mortgage/client information for accuracy
  • Review documentation for compliance with file-specific conditions and company policies and following up with mortgage brokers for outstanding conditions.
  • Applying outstanding pipeline management skills to assigned applications by conducting regular follow-ups with mortgage brokers and partners to collect outstanding documentation as outlined in the mortgage commitment.
  • Identify escalation items and work with the Underwriter or Manager to resolve them.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding personalized service.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Underwriters, Business Development and Lawyers to ensure smooth and efficient closing of your files.
  • Maintaining knowledge of applicable mortgage underwriting policies, procedures, and products
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to Mortgage Brokers and partners

Qualifications:
Work experience: 1-3 years working in mortgage administration.
