About This Opportunity

The Supply Chain Transformation Manager has the unique opportunity to lead process governance and change initiatives while supporting the entire Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, the successful candidate will manage complex reporting tools, projects & cross-functional routines in support of our total strategic portfolio, proactively identify new opportunities for improvement, lead business analysis & communication, and drive planning exercises to ensure the greater team is working towards the same strategic business priorities.

  • Obsessed with details? As the liaison between senior leadership and the data on the ground-floor, you will need to convert numbers into actionable stories to spark change & decisions.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable? The ideal candidate is excited to collaborate and adapt in a matrix environment - expect lots of ad-hoc requests that require prioritization. You are always prepared to communicate and present status updates!
You will be at the center of number of exciting projects to drive growth for our business. In addition, this role will require you to present regularly to our leadership team - your communication and storytelling skills will consistently be in use!

This opportunity is for a 12-month contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain innovative procedures for governance processes, project success tracking and resource allocations
  • Lead and manage multiple projects
  • Ensure all reports, tools, and routines are not only standardized - but adaptable for the future
  • Business Analysis
  • Understand and develop stream-lined solutions to complex business opportunities
  • Manage all deliverables for project pipeline and business planning metrics
  • Manipulate large amounts of data into effective reports and dashboards that will allow project leads and senior leaders make informed decisions
Qualifications
  • Minimum education required: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in project management, operations, supply chain planning and/or consulting, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Proven change management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, project schedules and leading a team of indirect reports
  • Proven effective written, oral, and financial storytelling skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel acumen is necessary to be successful in this role, VBA & Macros is preferred
  • Project Management certification (PMP) is an asset
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset
