Job Requirements of Finance Manager, Supply Chain:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• University degree in Business and Accounting
• CPA, CFA, or MBA completed or near completion.
• 5+ years of cross-functional business finance experience
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, inventory or warehousing and a solid understanding of operations accounting and FP&A
• Tech savvy, ability to learn systems and concepts with ease.
• Ability to translate and present financial information and concepts in simple messaging.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Finance Manager, Supply Chain will be a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership and has the responsibility of providing financial information, analysis, and guidance to the team. They will empower stakeholders to make informed decisions to drive our business forward.
In this role, you will:

• Track, analyze and report monthly on freight spend, warehousing costs and inventory changes throughout the organization. Present financial results monthly to Supply Chain leadership team.
• Manage the Supply Chain forecasting process for the annual budget, latest estimates and strategic plan while continuing development of robust monthly forecasting tools.
• Develop, track, and maintain both procurement and commodity price tracking tools and reporting processes.
• Conduct analysis on Supply Chain costs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Work with the IT department to develop and drive process improvement and reporting automation for both operational and financial information. Identify areas of improvement and strategies to respond to stakeholder inquiries, both internal and external
• Partner with the Supply Chain team to continue analytics journey and reporting expansion through new digital tools.

Job Requirements:
