- familiarity with and belief in Montessori philosophy (must)
- understand and be aware of the school\xe2\x80\x99s daily procedures, policies, rules and regulations
- be dependable and reliable in the performance of duties
- create weekly lesson plans
- guide group and assist children one-on-one
- be respectful to and a positive role model for children
- ECE Level 1, 2, 3
- valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- valid First Aid certification
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: From $20.00 per hour Benefits:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (preferred)
