Western Heights Montessori Academy has seven campuses located across Mississauga and Oakville. We are looking for a Centre Supervisor to be part of our supervisor team for one of our campuses. Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise the general operation of one or multiple campuses Work with the Program Advisor, the Region, and the Health department to always be in compliance with the Ministry and Government requirements Conduct school tours to prospective parents Manage the performance of a team consisting of 10+ educators Ensure an enriched curriculum is implemented across all classrooms Plan and implement key events for the school - graduation, holiday concert, etc. Address parents' questions and concerns on a timely basis
Qualification:

ECE or Montessori diploma preferred Previous supervisory experience required with a larger team Excellent business communication skills Proficient with office software - Word, Excel, PPT Standard First Aid CPR C+ Criminal background check and immunization up to date Passion working with children
