Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Guide to join our team. As a Montessori Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. This position requires experience working with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy.

Duties:
- Implement the Montessori curriculum and create engaging lesson plans
- Foster independence and self-motivation in students
- Provide individualized instruction based on each child's needs and interests
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning community
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development and progress
- Utilize technology for record keeping and communication purposes

Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and execute lessons
- Proficiency in computerized record keeping systems
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and early childhood education principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire students
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment

Requirements:
- Montessori certification
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance
