Moldmaker Machinist
Job Overview:
Our unique mold making facility in Maple Ridge, B.C. is looking for an experienced Moldmaker Machinist to work along side a team of professionals.
It is a full-time opportunity working for a long-established company with low employee turn over.
Responsiblilities and Qualifications:
CNC operating +programming considered an asset Surface grinding/mold polishing/EDM Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. Perform machining operations including milling, turning, and welding as needed. Utilize hand tools, milling machines, lathes, and other machinery to fabricate molds according to specifications Assemble mold components and ensure proper fit and function Conduct quality checks on finished molds to ensure they meet company standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
