We're currently looking for a

Silicone Fabricator/Mold Maker

to join our team in our Silicone/R&D Department. In this hands-on role, you'll receive full training and support to help you succeed and grow your skills in medical model fabrication.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate silicone parts based on production specifications Use hand and power tools to cut, trim, and finish parts Create and run silicone and fiberglass molds Inspect finished products to ensure high quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills A strong desire to learn and improve Experience working with silicone, fiberglass, epoxy resins, and urethanes Mold-making experience (a strong asset) Sewing experience (a plus!) Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs WHMIS Certification (or willingness to complete training onsite)
