Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our clients premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment and preventing loss or damage through proactive surveillance and enforcement of safety protocols.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an OVERNIGHT POSITION.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety compliance Driving a company vehicle and representing SK Security Services Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies with appropriate action Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations, if applicable or warranted. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential security vulnerabilities

Requirements

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during emergencies Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND SECURITY LICENSE.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.35-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
