Halton Mobile Patrol Supervisor

What you will do:

Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, both in vehicle and on foot, for security breaches and hazards Vehicle and site inspections Responding to routine, emergency, and alarm calls Operating security systems such as CCTV, visitor management, fire & life safety, and access control Providing customer service, responding to public inquiries, and assisting in the movement of authorized visitors, vendors, and staff Managing and leading security guards as required Parking enforcement and emergency response support as required Recording and maintaining a memo book of daily activities, unusual or special occurrences, and issuance of equipment Documenting all incidents into concise and accurate security incident reports Enforcement of the Trespass to Property Act and other related legislation Assisting with health & safety inspections and investigations Collaborating directly with ASP management on matters pertaining to the Halton Region account

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a previous role with a similar size and scope of work Post-secondary education in a related discipline such as Security, Investigations, or Criminology is preferred An Ontario G driver's license with a clean abstract, 25 years of age or over Must be able to obtain and maintain Vulnerable Sector Screening A valid Ontario security guard license A self-motivated and positive individual who is detail-oriented, skilled with Microsoft Office suite, and is a critical thinker

Compensation:

Wage range: $25.00/hourly
