Position Overview

:


We are looking for an experienced Security Mobile Patrol Supervisor to oversee mobile patrol operations, ensuring the protection of client sites across a variety of settings, including schools, commercial properties, retirement facilities, and malls. This role includes supervising mobile patrol units, responding to on-site incidents and emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct mobile patrols to multiple client sites during night shifts. Ensure guards are present, properly uniformed, and performing duties as per site post orders. Provide immediate supervision, coaching, and support to guards. Respond to incidents or emergencies at client sites. Prepare accurate incident and activity reports for all events attended. Verify guards' compliance with company policies, health & safety rules, and client procedures. Conduct site inspections, checking access points, equipment functionality, and post order updates. Address guard performance issues and report findings to management. Document and communicate client concerns or feedback promptly. Maintain a visible, professional presence to reassure clients and staff. Complete nightly supervision logs and submit them to Operations. Ensure company vehicle and issued equipment are maintained, fueled, and operational.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of mobile guard experience (supervisory experience an asset). Background in law enforcement/security considered a bonus. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation.

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

(Required).

Valid Ontario "G" Driver's License

Use of Force Certification

(Required). Own smartphone for report submission (Required).
