Mobile Patrol Supervisor

to serve as a key management representative in the field. This role is responsible for critical incident response, field training, and coaching security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company-assigned vehicle in compliance with the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) and applicable regulations Conduct site visits to ensure security staff adhere to uniform, training, and procedural standards Respond to critical incidents (fire, flood, medical emergencies, criminal activity) and coordinate with emergency services as needed Perform patrols, site visits, and inspections at client facilities Work closely with the Operations Centre to ensure efficient response times for incidents and field requests Enforce client policies, the Trespass to Property Act, and parking regulations Accurately document occurrences and incident reports using electronic reporting software, including body camera footage Represent iGuard360 professionally and act as an extension of management when on-site Perform additional duties as assigned in emergency and operational scenarios

What You Bring:

Availability for

12-hour evening and/or overnight shifts

Strong integrity, professionalism, and leadership skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Proficiency in

MS Office applications and scheduling software

Experience in

critical incident response and conflict resolution

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry

1-2 years of supervisory experience

Use of Force and Tactical Communication training (an asset)

Required Certifications:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

Valid G Driver's License

Clean Driver's Abstract

Minimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
