Midwest Protection Group INC. is seeking highly motivated and professional

Mobile Security Agents

to join our Mobile Patrol Department. This fast-paced and dynamic role is ideal for individuals with a background in law enforcement or those aspiring to pursue a career in policing or public safety. As a Mobile Security Agent, you will be required to dedicate significant attention and focus to your duties, which include crime prevention, rapid incident response, and maintaining a secure environment for our clients.

Mobile Security Agents will be responsible for conducting scheduled and random patrols, responding to security incidents, enforcing site-specific policies, and making arrests in accordance with the law when required. Candidates must be prepared for a high-energy position that demands strong situational awareness, quick decision-making, and effective communication with clients, law enforcement, and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance

Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols across multiple client properties. Monitor and inspect premises, including buildings, parking lots, and restricted areas, to deter unauthorized activity, vandalism, and theft. Respond promptly to security alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations. Use GPS and digital reporting tools to document patrols, site visits, and incidents accurately.

Incident Response & Enforcement

Investigate and report security breaches, disturbances, and potential hazards. De-escalate conflicts and manage confrontational situations professionally. Assist law enforcement and emergency responders when required. Make arrests in accordance with the law when necessary and in alignment with company protocols. Issue verbal warnings, trespass notices, or coordinate with police for enforcement actions when necessary.

Client & Public Interaction

Act as a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and provide reassurance to clients and the public. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with property managers, employees, and visitors. Handle inquiries professionally and assist in emergency situations.

Compliance & Safety

Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and security regulations. Maintain operational readiness, including vehicle maintenance and equipment checks. Adhere to provincial security licensing requirements and training standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid

Security Guard License

(as per provincial regulations). Valid

Class 5 driver's license

with a clean driving abstract.

Two years of security or law enforcement-related experience preferred.

Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to conduct foot patrols, drive for extended periods, and respond to incidents quickly. Availability for

overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

as required.
