As a Mobile Patrol Specialist, you will be responsible for patrolling multiple high-stakes sites, responding to emergency calls and acting as a tactical guard in the field. This role requires the ability to make decisions.

Position Summary

As a Stonegate Security Guard, you are the first line of defense and the face of our client's safety. We are looking for individuals who possess a "patrol-ready" mindset, exceptional situational awareness, and a commitment to providing elite customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive patrols of assigned areas, responding to routine, emergency and law enforcement calls with urgency and professionalism. Enforce the Trespass to Property Act. this includes physically removing trespassers. Providing exceptional customer service to the public. Perform "Open-up" and "Lock-down" procedures and conduct thorough inspections of utility and security equipment. Conduct follow-up investigations for incidents and document all findings in clear, concise, and legally defensible reports.

Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License, First Aid & CPR. Minimum 2+ year of security experience. Valid G License with a clean abstract. Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes. Must possess a reliable personal vehicle. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends and overnights Fluent in English with the ability to write clear, professional reports. Must be eligible to work in Canada

for 40 hours per

week if required. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
