The

Mobile Operative

will act as a management representative in the field, and be responsible for critical incident responses, field training & coaching.

Key Responsibilities



Safely operate company assigned vehicle in a manner consistent with the HTA and other rules applicable rules and regulations on public or private roads or properties. Conduct site visits at contracted sites to ensure security staff are meeting company standards related uniforms, training, and site procedures Respond to critical incidents on properties and assist security staff with managing the situation (fire, flood, medical issue and criminal activity) and/or coordinate with Emergency Services as required. Conduct site visit/inspections and patrols and of client facilities Coordinate with the Operations Centre to ensure efficient and timely response to reported incidents and field requests. Enforce Client rules, Trespass to Property Act and parking enforcement Accurately and concisely complete Daily Occurrence Reports and Incident Reports into our electronic reporting software including body camera footage related to incident response. Represent iGuard360 in a professional manner and act as an extension of management when attending sites. Perform additional emergency duties and otherwise, as assigned.

Qualifications:



Availability to work 12-hour evening shifts and/or overnight shifts. High level of personal integrity Excellent communication skills Superior customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Problem solving skills Critical incident response skills and conflict resolution skills Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and computerized scheduling software applications.

Education and Experience:



3+ security industry experience 1-2+ years of supervisory experience Use of Force training is an asset Tactical Communication training is an asset

Special Certifications Required:



Valid Ontario Security Guard License is a must Valid G drivers license is a must Clean Driver's Abstract is a must Must be 25 years of age for insurance purposes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
